The State of the Lake Report is a snapshot of the existing conditions that characterize the lake environment. The first report was published in July 2015 and was updated in March 2021.
The report provides a platform from which to launch the goals of the Sustainable Lake Plan which identifies the significant social, natural and physical features that make the lake and its surrounding area a desirable place for people to live and visit. The Sustainable Lake Plan recommends a series of actions that will ensure the long-term sustainability and healthy existence of the lake for future generations.
