Lake Steward Report

The role of Lake Steward is significant to year-round observation, education and partnerships supporting a healthy lake.  Our OLLA appointed Lake Steward keeps a watchful eye and each year publishes a report on the current state of the lake. The report is generally presented to the members of the Association at the AGM in July. The report includes the results of all water quality measurements performed by OLLA and RVCA.

The reports for the current and past years are available for viewing and/or printing in PDF format.

In addition, the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA) and Watersheds Canada, formerly the Center for Sustainable Watersheds (CSW) have performed numerous studies on Otter Lake relating to water quality, water levels and ecology.  These studies are available for viewing and/or printing in PDF format. (Kindly note:  these technical files are quite large).
