Otter Lake Landowners’ Association Annual General Meeting

Each year, the OLLA Board of Directors has the obligation and responsibility to call a meeting of the Otter Lake Landowners’ Association members. This provides OLLA members with the opportunity to:

  • Renew or initiate a membership with the association;
  • Obtain a summary of OLLA’s financial status (income and expenditures), lake stewardship, and OLLA’s State of the Lake / Lake Plan status as well as a brief outline of studies and environmental initiatives undertaken, in process or under review;
  • Receive an acknowledgement of the always needed and ever appreciated work of volunteers; 
  • Participate in nominations for board members (3-year appointment) and any motions put forward requiring membership approval;
  •  Voice any recommendations, concerns or questions for the board.

Have your say:  Support the many OLLA initiatives to keep our lake community vibrant and participate at the next AGM.  

Again, this year, due to ongoing health restrictions, a virtual meeting will replace the in-person assembly for the OLLA AGM 2021.    

The 2021 OLLA Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 18, 2021 at 9:30 AM as a Zoom virtual meeting.   

All current members of the association will receive a notice and invitation to attend with instructions on how to register for the AGM Online Zoom Webinar. Once your registration is received and authenticated, you will receive another email with details on how to join the online webinar on Sept 18, 2021.
